Woke up in the middle of the night to water everywhere could not find out where water was coming from or how to shut it off . I called global restoration express for help they were so helpful while on the phone with Manuel he dispatched an express team member Jose to my home. Manuel was very professional and knowledgeable over the phone he guided me to the shut off so I was able to minimize the damage. Jose arrived in no time to extract the water. I was very impressed how he was able to turn a stressful situation into an understanding situation. He explained the whole process from A-Z . He put my mind at ease.
